Waiting for the new edition of “Bacchus & Orpheus,” Alba Music festival organizes in Sala Riolfo (Maddalena courtyard), four meetings between music and culture.
A popular project aimed at connecting music to other fields of art and knowledge, with the intention of offering its audience new stimuli and also to intrigue a more heterogeneous and transversal audience. It was decided to entrust Dino Bosco, musicologist, scholar and popularizer, with the development of the cycle of these narrated concerts, in which musicians will alternate with the speaker. The project refers directly to the literary salons that constituted an important moment of discussion and development of European culture in past centuries, emphasizing the desire to open the doors of the house to all those who appreciate thought, sociality, art and beauty.
