The “Guardians of Tradition” project includes events at the Novelab community hub in Langa, Novello.
Each meeting will be dedicated to a different guest, ready to bring their family history and recipes to the kitchen. Participants will not simply watch a demonstration, but will be involved in a real hands-on lesson.
On Sunday, March 29th, Enzo Marengo will bring the most classic tradition of Piedmontese lunch: veal with tuna sauce, seasonal vegetable flan, and tajarin.
On Sunday, April 26th, Angela Delmondo will present a menu that combines peasant cuisine and sweet tradition: vegetable "caponet", "ris e coi" ravioli, and Aunt Pierina's bonet. Each event will be designed as a conversation around the stove.
The meetings will take place from 2pm to about 6.30 pm
