On Sunday 12 October 2025, in the middle of the International White Truffle Fair of Alba, a Sunday to discover other generous fruits of the earth: the capital of the Langhe will be transformed into a huge banquet to celebrate the versatility of herbs and spices.
Numerous exhibitors will gather in Piazza Risorgimento (Piazza del Duomo) to inebriate you with fragrances and flavours, bringing Italian excellence related to herbs and spices: Barolo chinato, bitters, distillates, teas and tisanes, flavoured beer, candies, chocolates, oils, ointments, creams and perfumes. In addition, during the event, the portico of the church of San Giovanni in Piazza Pertinace will host workshops and educational demonstrations for adults and children.
The Albaromatica event will take place as follows:
- Piazza Risorgimento: from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. exhibition of stalls selling herbs, spices and related products.
- Portico of the Church of San Giovanni in Piazza Pertinace: from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.: workshops and educational demonstrations related to herbs and biodiversity
Free admission during all initiatives forming part of the Albaromatica festival.
