ACQUI TERME ROMANA – A journey through time… through wine. An exclusive evening dedicated to wine in Ancient Rome, encompassing history, culture, and tasting. This evening will explore the cultivation, winemaking, aging, and transportation techniques of the precious VINUM during the Roman Empire, presented by the Acqui Regional Wine Shop "Terme e Vino" in collaboration with the AIS Alessandria Delegation. This will be followed by a guided tasting of "modern" wines with strong historical influences.
