To complete the experience, Vinum a Tavola, set in the evocative Taste Lab at Roddi Castle, offers gourmet journeys with renowned chefs and guided tastings to discover the finest food and wine pairings, while Vinum in Cantina invites visitors to enjoy experiences directly at local wineries.
The city squares transform into tasting areas for the main types of wines produced in the area: Barolo, Barbaresco, Dolcetto, Moscato, Roero Arneis, Roero, the white wines of Langhe, Asti Spumante, and the wines of Monferrato, not to mention the grappas and spirits of Piedmont.
