An evening dedicated to the flavors and customs of Ancient Rome. A journey through time through history, culture, and gastronomy to rediscover the millennia-old tradition of Aquae Statiellae. Evening program: At 7:00 PM: Aperitif on the customs and traditions of Aquae Statiellae with Bettina Winkler and Dr. Germano Leporati. At 8:00 PM: Tasting dinner featuring Ancient Roman recipes prepared by students and faculty of the Acqui Terme Hotel School.
