Fiera Sandesiderio Monasterob

In the cool grove surrounding the Pieve di San Desiderio, near Monastero Bormida, the finest animals of the Piedmontese breed (oxen, steers, heifers, cows, calves) and  also black Piedmontese pigs of the "Cavour type" breed, raised in a semi-wild state are exhibited. Completing the fair are stalls of typical products and agricultural machinery, historic threshing, various attractions and a tasting of mixed boiled meats of the Piedmontese breed.
