On Sunday, July 13th, the 15th Black Truffle Fair will be held in Roddino (CN). For foodies it is an appointment not to be missed! Already in the morning at 8:30 am, the fair will be opened with the Food and Crafts Market. This will be followed by the conference on “Perspectives on the Black Truffle” an interesting open dialogue on the environment, truffles and the future to meet the upcoming challenges of climate change. This will be followed by the “Roddinese dell'Anno” Award Ceremony and lunch at 12:30 p.m. featuring the Roddino Black Truffle. Exhibitions, wooden games for children, workshops, laboratories and games open to all will enliven the beautiful day...

A foretaste will be had as early as Friday, July 11, at 9:15 p.m. at the botanical garden adjacent to the Roddino ballpark with the screening of Remo Schellino's documentary film “Stories of Trees, Dogs, Seekers - The World of Truffles in Italy,” to be followed by "Trifulau. The Keepers of the Invisible" Voices of the Earth: Testimonies, Emotions and Anecdotes with the Trifolau (Truffle Seekers) by the Alba Truffle Association.
