Maria Paiato's talent and strength meet Shakespeare's Richard III on March 2nd and 3rd on the stage of the Teatro Municipale. A project strongly desired by the Venetian actress, now brought to life thanks to her collaboration with director Andrea Chiodi: a shared vision of the text that casts Paiato as King Richard the usurper, the cruel, Machiavellian politician repeatedly targeted by Elizabethan theater, in an interpretation of the male role that aims to deliver a Shakespeare faithful to the original.
