The 2026 Alba International White Truffle Fair confirms its commitment as a laboratory of thought and action on the theme of environmental, social, and economic sustainability. Through the “Sostenibilità Incrociate” (Crossed Sustainability) project, in collaboration with Paolo Vizzari, the Fair offers three events that illustrate how food, culture, and inclusion can interact to build a more balanced future.
This year, the programme focuses on human sustainability, the most tangible aspect of ‘Authentic Relationships’, the guiding theme of this year’s event.
Through the “Sostenibilità Incrociate” project, in collaboration with Paolo Vizzari, the Fair is hosting three events that explore how food, culture and inclusion can come together to build a more balanced future.
