On Saturday, Sept. 5th at 6.30 pm, Serralunga Castle will host Prosit! The castle, Barolo, the crus: an event that combines the discovery of a medieval fortress with a special toast.
The tour, for a maximum of 25 participants, will wind through halls, staircases and passageways that tell eight centuries of history. The common thread will be the deep connection between the manor and the agricultural activities of its people: from medieval crops to Luigi Einaudi, a great wine lover .
The most eagerly awaited moment comes at the top: on the third floor of the castle, right in front of the hills shaped by the cru vineyards, a glass of Barolo will be served.
