MARGHERITA OGGERO – THE SMALL COWARDSHIPS. A discussion with Margherita Oggero, writer and teacher, about her latest book, The Little Cowardices, published by Einaudi in 2026. Introduced by: Flavia Giovine. Margherita Oggero won the prestigious 2016 Bancarella Prize with The Girl in Front (Mondadori). Her novels, translated in several European countries, have inspired films and television series. Her debut novel, The Tattooed Colleague, was adapted into the 2004 film by Davide Ferrario, "If I Have to Be Sincere," starring Luciana Littizzetto and Neri Marcorè. Her novels, published with Mondadori, "A Little Wounded Beast" (2003), "The American Friend" (2005), and "Something to Keep for Yourself" (2007), spawned the successful Rai television series "Provaci Ancora Prof," starring Veronica Pivetti. His latest book is Le piccole villità (Einaudi, 2026). Oggero also collaborates with newspapers and magazines. The meeting is also a valuable training opportunity for teachers.
