Through discussions with Alessandro Sallusti, Luca Palamara offers a new interpretation of the internal dynamics of the Italian judicial system, focusing on the role of currents, appointments, and alliances that, according to the volume's reconstruction, continue to influence the functioning of the judiciary. The book also addresses the issue of unjust trials and detentions and the relationship between justice, politics, information, and investigative activity.
