Exhibition “NINO MIGLIORI [100] – Una ricerca senza fine” - Alba

The Ferrero Foundation in Alba presents the new exhibition project “NINO MIGLIORI [100] – An Endless Quest,” curated by Denis Curti. A major exhibition dedicated to one of the most influential figures in Italian and European photography, who, like few others, was able to transform the image into a realm of continuous experimentation. The exhibition, organized in collaboration with the Nino Migliori Foundation and Le Stanze della Fotografia, offers a journey divided into numerous sections that showcase the extraordinary variety of his work: Neorealism, Walls, Torn Posters, Morandi’s Places, Photobiographemi, Nonsense, Experiments, Imagined Alphabet, Transfigurations, Broken Glasses, Doves, My City, up to his most recent works such as The Studio in the Time of the Pandemic and Nocturne from Asinelli / Via Rizzoli.
A journey through diverse techniques and materials: photographic prints, negatives, installations, sculptures, castings, and optical devices. 

The opening will take place on Friday, May 15, at 6 p.m. and will be attended by the artist, curator Denis Curti, and photographer Ferdinando Scianna, one of the most important figures in Italian visual culture and a leading figure in photojournalism, fashion, and photographic storytelling.
