On Saturday, March 14th and Sunday, March 15th, in conjunction with the San Giuseppe exhibition, the second special edition of Casale Città Aperta will be held. This traditional initiative, organized by the Department of Culture – Civic Museum in collaboration with the Orizzonte Casale Association, promotes the city's monuments and museums. This weekend, tourists and visitors will have the opportunity to visit: Monferrato Castle: with the opportunity to climb the stands and inside the towers and visit the exhibitions inside: Saturday from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Church of Santa Caterina: Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM; the choir will be open from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM with entrance from Piazza Castello. Municipal Theater: Saturday 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM; closed on Sundays for performances. Civic Tower: Saturday 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM; Sunday 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM and 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM. Cathedral of Sant'Evasio: Saturday and Sunday 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM. Church of San Domenico: Saturday and Sunday 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM with entrance from the cloister next to the building. Church of San Michele: Saturday 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM and Sunday 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM and 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM. You can also participate in a free walk led by volunteers from the Orizzonte Casale association, lasting approximately one hour, to discover the city's main monuments. Meet at the kiosk in Piazza Castello (in front of the Municipal Theater) on Sunday at 3:00 PM. The following museums will also be open over the weekend: Civic Museum and Bistolfi Plaster Cast Gallery (admission fee applies) Saturday and Sunday from 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 6:30 PM. Located in the former Convent of Santa Croce, frescoed in the early 17th century by Guglielmo Caccia, known as Moncalvo, it includes the Pinacoteca, the Leonardo Bistolfi Plaster Cast Gallery, and the Carlo Vidua collection. The Synagogue and Jewish Museums will be open on Sunday from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 3:00 pm to 5:30 pm with an admission fee. Built in 1595, a monument of great historical and artistic interest, the Jewish Temple today presents itself in its Piedmontese Baroque-Rococo splendor (1700-1800). The adjacent Jewish Museum displays numerous silverware, textiles, and religious objects. The Cathedral Museum Tour, Open Sacristy, can be visited with an admission fee on Saturday from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm and Sunday from 3:00 pm to 5:30 pm. It allows visitors to admire precious reliquaries, splendid textiles, and important mosaics. It will also be possible to access the Cathedral's attic tour on Sundays. Guided tours will be offered at fixed times: 3:00 pm, 4:00 pm, and 5:00 pm; The tour will last approximately 45 minutes, and a fee is required.
