This July, Cherasco’s summer open-air cinema events are back. The programme includes two evenings dedicated to documentaries by the Cuneo-based director Remo Schellino, scheduled for Thursday 2 and Thursday 9 July in the courtyard of Palazzo Gotti di Salerano, home to the Civic Museum, at 40 Via Ospedale.
The screenings will begin at 9.15 pm and admission is free; anyone wishing to do so may visit the Civic Museum from 8.30 pm.
Thursday 2 July: “Greetings from Bra! Stories of Italian emigration”
Thursday 9 July: “Thank Heaven” and “So Be It”
These two evenings offer an opportunity to discover life stories, human experiences and journeys of personal discovery, told with the sensitivity and keen eye that characterise Schellino’s documentary cinema.
