The events marking the 223rd anniversary of Vittorio Alfieri’s death, which began on October 10 at the Church of San Martino—one of the city’s most evocative sites associated with Alfieri—will continue on Sunday, October 25, again at 6:00 p.m.
The Gruppo Culturale San Martino ODV will host—in the artistic setting of the Church of San Martino—the 2nd MEETING, organized by the Fondazione Centro di Studi Alfieriani. The performance’s title, “What Have I to Do with Slaves?”, features a quote from Alfieri, with acting, music, and text by Carla Forno,
Donations are welcome to support the restoration of the 19th-century organ at the Church of San Martino.
