Conzano and the first autumn stop of Monferrato Decorato

13 settembre 2026 · Conzano

"Monferrato Decorated" will resume its autumn edition on Sunday, September 13th, for the first time in Conzano, as part of the "Colline in Festa" event. Promoted by the Fondazione Ecomuseo della Pietra da Cantoni, designed by Anna Maria Bruno, the artistic-cultural tour will stop at Casa Pastrone, featuring depictions of festive cherubs bearing bouquets of flowers, and at Palazzo dell'Aglio, a historic noble residence with frescoed rooms. The visit will continue with a view of a contemporary wall decoration on Via Mezzavilla, created by Emiliano Cavalli (an honorary citizen of Conzano), depicting the travels of Carlo Vidua, with colorful boats sailing "around the world." The various destinations, both European and non-European, visited by the 19th-century traveling count have been depicted in a pop style, in keeping with the artist's style, for the project "Diffused Muses: Educational and Cultural Proximities." The morning will conclude with a glass of Tenuta Vallone wines, at the Giardino degli Ulivi Storici. "We are ready to restart with a full calendar of events to cover the upcoming autumn season, contributing to the cultural offerings of Monferrato," says President Corrado Calvo. "After Conzano, we will continue to Fubine on September 20th, with the first stage of the Enotrekking, in collaboration with the Pastorello Farm, but planning continues. Thanks to the contributions of the Cassa di Risparmio di Alessandria Foundation, the ecomuseum's cultural planning continues to take shape and develop for the benefit of the entire Monferrato region, garnering widespread acclaim and appreciation." Meet at 10:00 a.m. in Piazza Accatino. Free participation. Reservations required: +39 348 2211219 or chebisa@virgilio.it – info@ecomuseopietracantoni.it.
