If you’re a fan of classical music, don’t miss the wonderful concert "Voci nel Barocco", taking place on Saturday 7 November at 9.00 pm in the splendid setting of the Church of San Martino in Asti. The programme will feature works by Bach, Handel, Vivaldi and Mozart. The star of the evening will be the ensemble “Incontro Barocco”, formed in 2022 when a group of singers and instrumentalists came together with the idea of rehearsing compositions by Baroque-era composers, including transcribing and adapting the parts for the instruments at their disposal.
Admission is free, with voluntary donations welcome to support the restoration of the 19th-century "Carlo Vigezzi Bossi" organ at the Church of San Martino.
