Following the winter season, Canelli in Teatro continues with its summer season, organized by the Egri Foundation—a Center of National Significance for Dance—bringing contemporary dance beyond the confines of the Teatro Balbo and transforming the entire city into an open-air stage. The “summer” season was created with the goal of opening up choreographic work to the local community, while maintaining the Teatro Balbo’s central and defining role, but expanding into new urban and natural spaces: PALAZZOIRREALE and the Moncalvina Amphitheater.
