Culture, Guided tours

August 24 - September 28, 2025 · Alba

Guided tours of the Romanesque bell tower of Alba Cathedral continue, combined with tastings of local products.

There are two rounds of visits: 3.30 p.m. and 5 p.m.

The Diocesan Museum guides will take you through the history of the Cathedral up to a height of 45 metres. By climbing the steps between the walls of the two bell towers from the 10th and 12th centuries, you will reach the top of the ancient tower and from here you can admire the 'city of 100 towers' from above. The tour continues in the archaeological path under the Cathedral and in the lapidary, to discover evidence of the city's Roman and medieval past.

The afternoon will end, for all participants, with a snack in the flower garden of the cathedral rectory.

Entrance fee: guided tour  + snack: 10 euros adults; 6 euros from 6 to 14 years old
