On Sunday, the 7th of December the Fair of Fat Ox and Beef of Piedmontese Breed will be held in Nizza Monferrato. In the morning from there will be the Slow Food and typical market in Piazza Graribaldi. Afterwards at Foro Boario, the themed lunch Gran Bollito Misto, a typical dish of the Piedmontese tradition.
