On Saturday 5 April, Terre Alte organises the Sentiero degli Aromi (Aroma Trail) excursion, starting from the village of Novello, a town of 1,000 inhabitants that, from the height of its 471 m, dominates the Unesco Core Zone, and we will savour the magical spring atmosphere when the vines are covered in buds. The sunniest slopes of the rolling hills are the natural cradle of the vine, which expresses itself in this area with the production of high quality grapes from which wines rich in sensations are derived.
