From July 5 to August 31, 2025, the Alta Langa hills will host the first edition of Olimpia, a new contemporary art biennial titled Orchestra Rehearsal. A unique open-air experience blending visual arts, music and literature through site-specific works and performances in nature.
The event spans 7 towns of the Unione Montana Alta Langa: Cortemilia, Serravalle Langhe, Prunetto, Niella Belbo, Camerana, Paroldo and San Bovo di Castino, inviting visitors to explore the landscape through artistic language.
Opening: Saturday, July 5 at 5:00 PM, Ecomuseo dei Terrazzamenti e della Vite – Monteoliveto, Cortemilia.
- Cortemilia – Stefano Caimi, Fairy Ring (July 5–August 31)
- Serravalle Langhe – Emma Scarafiotti & Paolo Dellapiana, open artist studio (July 5–13)
- Prunetto – Oliviero Fiorenzi, Flying Sculptures & Otto Cieli (July 6)
- Camerana – Dora Perini, site-specific work for the Medieval Tower (July 12–August 31)
- Niella Belbo – Edoardo Manzoni, Promessa – permanent installation (from July 12)
- Paroldo – Mara Palena with Recontemporary, video art (July 12–August 31)
- San Bovo di Castino – Giuseppe Culicchia & Giorgio Li Calzi, “1984” live reading (July 13)
All installations are visitable until August 31.
All events are free to attend.
