The National Hazelnut Fair of Cortemilia is now in its 70th edition. The event celebrates the Queen of Alta Langa, the best hazelnut in the world, the Tonda Gentile, a typical variety of this area.
Cortemilia, a small historic village of Alta Langa, surrounded by nature, vineyards and hazelnut groves, every year gives life to this great event full of cultural meetings, book presentations, theater performances, concerts, moments dedicated to tradition and Piedmontese food and wine. Every year an intense program dedicated to everyone, able to involve tourists, visitors and inhabitants of the territory that in the Fair find their local identity.
An excellent opportunity to get to know the local excellences walking through the streets of the historical center, where spaces dedicated to typical products, spaces dedicated to handicrafts and spaces dedicated to children's entertainment alternate.
