La Vuelta 2025 – World‑class cycling crosses Langa, Roero & Monferrato
On Sunday, August 24, 2025, a historic moment will unfold: the 2nd stage of La Vuelta a España will start from Alba, pass through the charming towns of Monticello d’Alba, Santa Vittoria d’Alba, Pocapaglia, Bra and Cherasco, and climb towards its first summit finish at Limone Piemonte.
This marks a unique showcase for the region, reinforcing Piedmont's place on the world sporting stage alongside the Giro d’Italia and Tour de France.

- Route: 157 km from Alba to Limone Piemonte, ending uphill
- Passing through: Alba – Monticello d’Alba – Santa Vittoria d’Alba – Pocapaglia – Bra – Cherasco
