Bra, birthplace of the Slow Food movement, pays homage to an extraordinary product, as simple as it is ancient, welcoming you in the characteristic historic center for an intense biennial event. Almost 500 producers will present Italian and international excellence, in a rich program enriched by tastings, conferences and debates on the future of a great product, but also on topics such as sustainability and food education among younger generations. Come and taste the fruit of milk, rennet and salt, but also creativity, ingenuity and a lot of passion.
