For those who love the world of Paleontology and Fossils, don't miss the new Exhibition "Carlo Allioni and Historical Fossils of the Andona Valley on the 40th Anniversary of the Nature Reserve" which will be inaugurated on Friday, May 30th, at 5pm at the Aule Didattiche of the Museo Paleontologico Astigiano, Corso Alfieri 381 in Asti (AT). The artifacts collected in the 18th century come from the collection of Piedmontese naturalist Carlo Allioni (1728 -1804). During the opening, Allioni's book "Labor mirabilis" will be presented with co-author Vittorio Pane, geologist and curator of the Experimental Geological Museum of the C.A.I. Section of Giaveno (Turin).
- Hours: Monday to Friday 11 a.m. - 5 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday 11 a.m. - 6 p.m. CLOSED TUESDAYS
- FREE ENTRANCE ONLY ON MAY, 30TH, the day of Inauguration from 5pm. From May 31st visit included in the ordinary ticket
- The exhibition will be open until September 28th, 2025
